Roasted red capsicum marinated in Mount Stirling olive oil with garlic & parsley, served with roasted haloumi and fresh bread

Homemade mini sausage rolls made from beef, smoked sausage & herbs from the garden with special sauce

Fresh tomato soup (tomatoes handpicked from the neighbour’s field) with pesto bread

Lamb shanks in chunky fresh vegetable sauce with rosemary from the garden, cooked to perfection, served on creamy mash

Beef burgundy pie made from beef, bacon & mushroom served in a ramekin with pastry top, & roast potatoes, glazed carrots & peas
