Our mantra is, “only the very best.” We have our own grass fed Angus Wagyu, 0r we have
selected suppliers. We age our steak so it is unusually tender and tasty. Claudia is a specialist          
in home-made sauces. The steak is served with roast potatoes, fresh farm vegetables and a
choice of sauces. The sauces are green pepper sauce, mushroom sauce or herbed butter sauce.     26
